Trafalgar Square....God I remember that glorious place. That's where thousands of pigeons are crawling the grounds. Man, I love pigeons. They dont want you to feed them, so I was sure to bring bread. Heh. Those suckers land on your head, your shoulders, your hands..you have just a moment to try to squeeze one of their meaty little breasts....whew. I'm getting worked up just thinking about it.
I don't see any pigeons on the panda's head, though. But then not everyone is into bird molestation.
Hehe you can still see the dye jeorb even at a distance!
The pigeon police will get you these days!! I was there last summer and there are certainly very few there compared to when I was a kid when they were positively scary! Mayor Livingstone banned the food sellers and will not rest until every pigeon is annihilated:) He is a man with a mission! Actually if you check out the video recording of Nelson Mandela speaking yesterday on the BBC on-line news you will see one of the little devils casually strolling behind Mr.M getting it's two minutes of fame;) Yes the panda can be spotted even from that distanceLOL
Hehe, they're freaky, those pigeons, arent they?! It's like they're trying to conquer every big square in every country. Here in Amsterdam its the same! Beware of the pigeons, they'll knock you right off your back, I tell ya! And yeah, it will take not long before we can't tell the panda apart from the real thing. Perhaps this will be a line in the next Potter movie: Filch: "Miss Granger, I told you not to bring any endangered animals inside the castle!" He looks again... "Oh, sorry professor Snape, I thought it was one of miss Grangers new little projects...sir"
Well, just wait until I make my triumphant return with my bread bag, bagel scraps, popcorn and pretzels. I will make mincemeat of "the man" and his plan to rid the joint of pigeons. I mean what would be left without them??? Just a boring fountain. I mean the whole point is to be buried under a mountain of "flying rats" (as the less enlightened call them)
Ahhhhh..just the thought of that bold pigeon wandering around on video..what a rebel!!!! You go, girl. Or boy, whatever your beaky self might be.
